We have used many brands of whole wheat pasta and this is our favorite. We like the angel hair the best but the spaghetti is also very good. My kids love it but they've only rarely had processed pasta. The texture is great as it's not 'rough' like some whole wheat.

I have bought three boxes of these already and am now on the automatic purchase program. These packs of angel hair pasta are awesome for the following reasons:

1) 100% whole wheat. You get all the nutrients and fiber of whole wheat. A lot of "whole wheat" products out there are, like, 51% whole wheat. Read the labels.

2) Tasty. They go with everything. Traditional red sauce. White wine clam sauce. For the kids, boil it and dump some parmesan cheese on it and the kids swallow it like Mac and cheese, except this is healthier.

3) Cooks quickly. Because of how thin it is, it cooks very quickly - well under 10 minutes. In fact, I take some to work and it cooks in a little under 10 minutes if the water is initially hot (e.g., from coffee maker).
